Where your driver meets you at Jeddah Airport
King Abdulaziz International Airport has three terminals that Umrah pilgrims use. Tell us your flight number and we will know which one you land at.
- Terminal 1. The main terminal for Saudia and most international airlines.
- North Terminal. Used by some foreign airlines.
- Hajj Terminal. Used by many Umrah and Hajj flights, especially in busy seasons.
Your driver waits in the airport parking area. As soon as you land, we message you on WhatsApp with your driver’s name and guide you to the car. Keep your phone on and connected after landing. You will not need to bargain with drivers in the arrivals hall.

If your flight is late
We track your flight, so your driver comes for the time you actually land, not the time on your ticket. Waiting is free for up to 2 hours after landing. That covers immigration, baggage claim and a long queue. If your flight is cancelled or moved to another day, message us and we will move your pickup.
Ihram and the Miqat on this route
If you are coming for Umrah, you must be in ihram before you cross the Miqat. Most pilgrims flying into Jeddah pass the Miqat in the air, so they put on ihram before or during the flight, and the airline usually announces it. The drive from Jeddah Airport to Makkah does not pass a Miqat. If you are already in Jeddah and need to enter ihram, or you are unsure what applies to you, ask your scholar or group leader before you travel.
After you check in, many pilgrims go straight to Masjid al-Haram for Umrah. Tell your driver, and he will drop you at the nearest point to your hotel or the Haram.

We drive to any hotel or address in Makkah, including hotels around Masjid al-Haram and the Abraj Al Bait Clock Tower, Ajyad, Jabal Omar, Ibrahim Al Khalil Street, Misfalah, Kudai and Aziziyah. Some roads near the Haram close to cars at busy times. When that happens, your driver drops you at the closest allowed point and helps with your bags.
